Drywall Project Manager

RealREPP, a national full-service recruiting firm, is partnering with a well-established drywall subcontractor with a nationwide presence to assist in hiring an experienced Drywall Project Manager in the Dallas/Fort Worth area!

The ideal candidate will be coming from either a drywall subcontractor or self-perform drywall division.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee project execution from planning to closeout
• Manage construction projects
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project execution
• Oversee procurement activities
• Support/lead technical coordination with engineers & clients
• Prepare/track change orders, ensuring proper documentation and communication
• Track project budgets, billable hours, labor, billing
• Support field teams as necessary
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Engineering (preferred)
• 2 years project management experience with drywall subcontractor OR self-perform drywall division
• Experience with drywall, metal stud framing, IMP, exteriors, etc.
• Ability to run multiple projects at one time
• Large-scale project experience (preferred)
• Hospital project experience (preferred)
  
  
  

Compensation Package

• Base Salary $70-130k (broad range based on experience)
