Role Summary

Full Time Onsite Compliance Inspector needed for homeowners association property (HOA) management company. The Onsite Community Standards Inspector conducts property inspections, documents and communicates violations, and helps enforce association guidelines to maintain the neighborhood’s appearance, safety, and value.

Responsibilities

• Driving properties throughout area
• Documenting property code violations per restrictions per neighborhood
• Use of technology to file reports
• Report any suspicious issues that may be witnessed
• Plus, other work-related tasks as needed
