REALM has been creating exceptional outdoor environments throughout Southern AZ for more than 20 years. As we continue to grow alongside our sister company, SPROUTY Irrigation, we're looking for an Operations & Project Manager to help lead projects and strengthen our day-to-day operations.
Our work includes high-end residential landscape construction, irrigation systems, drainage solutions, landscape lighting, and custom outdoor living spaces. Every project is different, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys solving problems, leading people, and building exceptional work.
Position at a Glance

Responsibilities
- Manage multiple landscape construction and irrigation projects from contract through completion
- Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, schedules, and daily production
- Conduct regular jobsite visits to ensure quality, safety, and client satisfaction
- Prepare estimates, proposals, change orders, and project documentation
- Coordinate material purchasing, deliveries, and vendor relationships
- Oversee fleet, warehouse, tools, equipment, and inventory
- Maintain clear communication with clients throughout each project
- Help improve operational systems and workflow as the company growsQualifications
- 3–5 years of project management or operations experience in landscape construction, irrigation, general construction, or a related field
- Experience leading crews and coordinating subcontractors
- Ability to read construction plans and manage multiple priorities
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in both the office and the field
- Proficient with Google Workspace
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $60,000 — $72,500 DOE
