Job Summary
We are hiring a Salon Manager with advanced grooming experience, leadership skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to uphold strict standards. You will lead the team, oversee operations, enforce procedures, and collaborate with our Area Manager.
Responsibilities
- Lead the daily operations of the salon
- Maintain grooming standards, safety, and cleanliness
- Mentor bathers, assistants, and groomers
- Uphold procedures with zero exceptions
- Support client communication & education
