About The Role

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As a part of the Human Resources department, this full-time salaried role is critical to ensuring that our organization attracts, retains, and supports top talent while fostering a positive work environment. What You'll Do

• Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Develop and maintain effective employee relations strategies to resolve workplace challenges and foster a positive environment.
• Administer employee benefits programs and provide guidance to team members regarding compensation and company policies.
• Implement and manage talent management initiatives to enhance employee engagement and professional development.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable labor laws and organizational regulations.
• Collaborate with managers and leadership to address workforce needs and support organizational goals.
• Conduct HR-related training and workshops as needed to align staff with company policies and best practices.
• Ensure accurate HR recordkeeping and reporting, leveraging HR software systems.

Qualifications

The pay range for this role is :

60,000 - 72,000 USD per year(Dallas)
