About Us
We are a Los Angeles–based vintage luxury fashion dealer. We operate less like a traditional resale store and more like a hybrid of a private archive, editorial platform, and relationship-driven luxury sales agency. Our clientele is sophisticated and taste-driven, and the pieces we handle are rare, one-of-a-kind, and irreplaceable. Every garment that enters our archive needs to be photographed with care before it can find its next home.
About the Role
We are hiring an Inventory Photographer to own the production photography that feeds our e-commerce pipeline. This is the role that keeps the archive moving — every piece that comes through our doors needs to be captured accurately, cataloged cleanly, and handed off to our photo editor so listings can go live without friction.
This is not an editorial or creative-direction role. Our studio photography has an established look and process; we need someone dependable who can execute it consistently. The work happens in our dedicated in-studio garage photo setup.
What You’ll Do
- Photograph all incoming and existing inventory following our established shot list and standards
- Catalog images in Adobe Lightroom, color and lighting corrections, cull and select final shots, and organize files by SKU
- Deliver completed photo sets to our photo editor
- Steam, lint, and prep every garment before it goes in front of the camera
- Keep the photo setup, lighting, and equipment clean, organized, and shoot-ready
- Lend a hand with studio operations only when needed with stylist pulls, restocking, intake, etc.
- Flag equipment issues, inventory discrepancies, or workflow bottlenecks early
Who You Are
- Solid digital photography skills, comfortable with cameras, studio lighting, and color accuracy
- Proficient in Adobe Lightroom for cataloging, culling, and light adjustment
- Detail-oriented
- Organized and process-driven, able to keep a high volume of files, SKUs, and handoffs straight
- Comfortable working independently in a small, fast-paced studio, and jumping in when the team needs a hand
- Tech-savvy; familiarity with Google Sheets and/or Shopify is a plus
- Physically able to lift and carry garments, boxes, and equipment (up to 40 lbs)
- Comfortable working around dogs
