Key Responsibilities
- Travel to assigned dealership locations using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed between stops).
- Accurately locate vehicles, verify inventory, and ensure each unit is ready for photography.
- Capture high-quality photos, 360° spins, and videos using a company-provided iPhone.
- Move and stage vehicles safely for optimal presentation and consistency.
- Apply window labels as needed and confirm vehicle details match dealership inventory.
- Communicate with dealership staff about vehicles not ready, missing, or needing attention.
- Maintain tracking of completed work through the company app and follow up on pending units.

- Are comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Are confident moving and staging vehicles (manual transmission experience a plus).

- Take pride in keeping inventory accurate and visually consistent.
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
- Experience with manual transmission vehicles (preferred, not required).
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing conditions and meet daily goals.
- Comfort using mobile apps and technology.
- Paid training—no prior experience required.
- Company-issued iPhone and photography equipment.
