The Opportunity
Jump into a hands-on creative role where you’ll help bring ideas to life through video, photography, motion graphics, and digital content. As a Creative Video Assistant, you’ll play a key role in producing multimedia that supports and elevates Realityworks’ brand and products.
In this role, you’ll collaborate with designers, technical writers, and teams across Marketing and Product to contribute to video projects, product demos, curriculum content, and digital campaigns. This is a great opportunity to build real-world experience, grow your creative skillset, and see your work come to life in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Duration and Schedule
This position is expected to start in June 2026 through August 2026. We offer a flexible work schedule between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, totaling 20 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborates with designers and technical writers to create extended demo videos, incorporating video production and motion graphics
- Captures and edits photo and video content for use in marketing and curriculum
- Assists in creating and editing video, photo, motion graphic, and digital content for marketing, product, and curriculum-related projects
- Supports digital content creation for campaigns, websites, social media, and email communications
- Organizes and maintains creative files, project assets, photography, video footage, and related marketing materials
- Works within established brand standards to ensure consistency across visual and multimedia content
- Communicates project status, timelines, and priorities with team members and stakeholders
- Accepts feedback and incorporates revisions into video, photo, and multimedia projects
- Provides general support to the Marketing and Product teams in content creation, creative production, and brand execution
- Performs other additional duties as assigned or required
What You’ll Bring
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree program in marketing, graphic design, multimedia design, video production or a related field; or equivalent experience
- Photography, videography, and video editing skills
- Experience creating video, photo, digital, or multimedia content for school, work, freelance, volunteer, or portfolio projects
- Ability to provide examples of creative work, such as a portfolio, project samples, video samples, photography samples, or multimedia samples
Desired Qualifications
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, or related creative software
- Experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience creating marketing, promotional, educational, or social media content
Work Location
- Realityworks is located in Eau Claire, WI. This is a hybrid position, splitting time between working from a home office and working onsite at the corporate office
- Onsite work may be required for photo and video shoots, product demonstrations, meetings, event preparation, or other project needs
