Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- 10 years of HRMS experience with Oracle Fusion HCM
- Strong understanding of enterprise HR operations and compliance
- Proven stakeholder management and team leadership skills
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Lead functional design for Core HR, Talent, Absence, and Payroll (as applicable)
- Drive Fit to Standard workshops and align HR processes across MasTec business units
- Configure Oracle Fusion HCM with a configuration first, minimal customization approach
- Partner with HR, Payroll, Compliance, and Legal teams
- Support testing, training, change management, and adoption
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations, internal policies, and audit standards
