Must Have Technical Skills:
- M365; IT IS; Digital: Microsoft Azure; ADG; PM
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Guides customers through secure Microsoft 365 onboarding and deployment using FastTrack methodologies.
- Interprets release changes, ensures secure operational practices, and produces deployment notes, summaries, and remediation guidance.
- Ensures compliance, RBAC safety, and proper documentation while analysing telemetry and adoption metrics.
- Requires strong M365 technical expertise, problem‑solving, structured communication, and experience in M365 admin, migrations, or adoption programs.
- Preferred: multi‑workload administration, identity/CA remediation experience, adoption‑driven engagements, FastTrack/enterprise rollout exposure, and relevant M365 certifications.
- Deep Microsoft 365 technical expertise across workloads.
- Ability to execute ADGs, diagnose M365 configuration issues, and guide customers through secure deployment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across identity, CA policies, device management, collaboration governance, licensing, and workload readiness.
