Position Summary:
The Brand President will serve as the strategic and visionary leader of the RealClean franchise system. Responsible for scaling the brand nationwide, this executive will own the strategic roadmap, drive innovation, and lead internal and external stakeholders toward long-term growth and profitability. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role for a leader who thrives on growth, inspires action, and isn't afraid to challenge the status quo.
You’ll be expected to think big, execute quickly, and build a high-performance culture where franchisees and corporate teams work in lockstep toward excellence. As the face of the brand, you’ll also serve as a key representative in franchise development, industry relations, and national partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Vision & Strategy
· Define and lead the brand’s long-term strategic direction, growth initiatives, and market positioning.
· Translate vision into actionable roadmaps that guide internal teams and franchisees toward aggressive but achievable goals.
· Stay ahead of market trends and competitive activity to continuously evolve the brand and seize new opportunities.
Franchise System Growth
· Own the franchise development strategy with a strong focus on expansion, scalability, and quality operator recruitment.
· Identify and pursue new revenue channels, service offerings, and strategic partnerships that enhance unit-level economics.
· Drive system growth while maintaining brand integrity and operational consistency across all locations.
Performance Leadership
· Collaborate with the Director of Operations to ensure franchisee performance metrics are tracked, managed, and improved over time.
· Use data and analytics to drive high-impact decisions that improve system profitability and operational efficiency.
· Set and enforce clear KPIs, holding teams and franchisees accountable for results.
Brand Stewardship & Communication
· Serve as the external face of RealClean, representing the brand at key events, industry engagements, and development efforts.
· Lead national communications, confirmation days, franchisee training experiences, and systemwide initiatives with clarity and energy.
· Foster a strong brand culture grounded in excellence, ownership, and forward-thinking.
Financial & Operational Oversight
· Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling at the brand level.
· Ensure that all growth initiatives align with revenue targets and operational capabilities.
· Support resource allocation and cost optimization to sustain long-term profitability.
Team & Culture Building
· Mentor and manage high-level leaders across operations, development, and support.
· Build a strong, aligned leadership team and promote a culture of innovation, accountability, and high performance.
· Encourage creative problem-solving and open communication across the organization.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
· 5 years of experience in franchising or leading multi-unit/multi-location business models.
· Proven success driving systemwide growth, launching innovative strategies, and leading high-performing teams.
· Deep understanding of franchise operations, development, and unit economics.
· Exceptional communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
· Comfortable making bold decisions, challenging norms, and executing with urgency.
