We’re looking for a confident, organized, and people‑savvy Operations Manager to lead our aircraft detailing operations. If you thrive in fast‑paced environments and enjoy managing teams, solving problems, and delivering exceptional service, this role could be a great fit.
What You’ll Do
• Respond to leads and prepare quotes after viewing aircraft
• Schedule services and manage detailing crews
• Handle invoicing and customer service follow‑up
• Maintain safety, inventory, and operational standards
• Build strong relationships with clients, FBOs, and MROs
• Support hiring, onboarding, and team management
• Represent the business at networking and local marketing events
• Ensure compliance with FAA Drug & Alcohol Testing Program requirements
What We’re Looking For
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt quickly
• Experience managing teams and operations
• Highly organized with strong social awareness
• Aviation experience is a plus, but not required
