I'm currently partnering exclusively with a well-funded, high-growth Class II medical device company that is developing game-changing technology in the GI space. Following recent regulatory approvals, the company is entering a pivotal phase and building out its clinical leadership team ahead of a major clinical trial this year.
This is a high-impact VP of Clinical opportunity-ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to play a key role in shaping both clinical strategy and execution.
- Lead and execute global clinical strategy, including a pivotal trial launch
- Manage and mentor a high-caliber, lean clinical team across field and operations
- Partner cross-functionally with a committed, highly engaged leadership team
- Drive vendor/CRO strategy, site activations, and operational excellence
- Play a critical role in bringing innovative GI technology to market

- 15 years of experience in medical devices
- Proven leadership of pivotal clinical trials, ideally in implantable technologies
- Experience in GI or abdominal indications strongly preferred
- Track record of successfully advancing Class II/III products to market
- Deep understanding of U.S. regulatory and clinical requirements
- Strong experience managing CROs, vendors, and site initiation activities
- Demonstrated success building and leading remote, distributed teams
- Hands-on leadership style with a willingness to travel to clinical sites as needed
- Ability to be on-site
