What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Engineer position at Real?
We are seeking a Service Engineer to lead technical service efforts for ablation medical device products. This role focuses on product support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of field performance and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support, diagnostics, and root cause analysis for ablation products
Partner cross-functionally with R&D, Operations, and Commercial teams
Support new product launches and service onboarding activities
Develop and improve service and repair strategies
Train teams and enable repair centers on troubleshooting and best practices
Conduct field visits to support customers and identify product improvements
Qualifications:
5 years in medical device or technical service environment
Strong experience in troubleshooting, product support, and customer-facing roles
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel up to ~30%
