Seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the design and development of electrical and electromechanical products. Responsibilities include circuit design, PCB layout, schematic creation in Altium Designer, hardware troubleshooting, product validation, and technical documentation. The role supports all phases of product development, collaborates with cross-functional teams, mentors junior engineers, and drives continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 10 years of electrical/electronic product development experience
- Expertise in Altium Designer, circuit design, PCB layout, hardware integration/testing, and troubleshooting
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Must-Have Skills: Altium Designer, Circuit Design, PCB Layout, Electronic Troubleshooting, Hardware Debugging, Product Development
Preferred Skills: AutoCAD Electrical, Visio, PLCs, Industrial Controls, Electrical Panel Design, EMI/EMC Analysis, Embedded Hardware Design, Verification & Validation, Root Cause Analysis, Technical Documentation.
