Senior Associate, IT Tech (Plainsboro, NJ)
Support AV and collaboration technologies for business and executive meetings, including Microsoft Teams, Teams Rooms, Crestron, and Poly systems. This onsite role is responsible for meeting preparation, live event support, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and ServiceNow ticket management.
Key Requirements
- Hands-on experience with AV systems, Microsoft Teams, Crestron, Poly, and basic AV networking
- Experience using ServiceNow for incident and request management
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to support executive and high-profile meetings
Preferred
- Experience with ticket ownership, SLA/KPI management, and service reporting
- Knowledge of AV operations, live event support, and process improvement
- Strong customer service mindset and ability to remain calm under pressure
