Position Overview: We are seeking self-motivated and organized individuals to join our team as a Cryotherapy Technician/ Receptionist. If you’re passionate about helping others find pain relief and achieve their fitness and wellness goals, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients with exceptional customer service
- Answer phones and manage inquiries
- Schedule appointments and handle client communications
- Maintain an organized and clean reception area
- Post on social media and promote our services
- Sell memberships and collect payments
- Perform opening and closing duties
- Complete other administrative tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles required
- Experience in selling services or memberships is essential
- Proficient with computers and scheduling software
- Must be 18 years or older
- Flexible availability, including weekends
- Experience with facility modalities is a plus
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
