Technical Sustaining Project Manager – Electromechanical Products, Mahwah NJ
We are looking for a Technical Sustaining Project Manager to lead sustaining engineering and lifecycle management for electromechanical products. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and project leadership, working closely with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure product reliability and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage sustaining projects across multiple product lines.
- Drive root cause investigations and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with global vendors and factories to implement improvements.
- Lead cross-functional teams and maintain clear communication.
What We’re Looking For:
- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 5 years in project management for consumer electronics or electromechanical products.
- Strong technical understanding and ability to influence decisions.
- Experience with overseas vendor/factory management (China/Taiwan preferred).
- Proficiency in project management tools (monday.com, MS Project).
Location: New Jersey area (onsite role with some travel).
