Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with expertise in AI and agentic technologies to join our innovative team. This hybrid role requires a minimum of three days per week onsite. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge of Salesforce development, customization, and integration, combined with the ability to implement AI-powered and autonomous agent capabilities across the Salesforce ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Development & Integration
- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
- Customize Salesforce solutions to improve functionality, scalability, and user experience.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to industry and organizational best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce configurations or codebase.
AI & Agentic Frameworks
- Implement and integrate AI features such as Salesforce Einstein AI, Einstein GPT, and predictive analytics.
- Employ machine learning models and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to enhance Salesforce automation and decision-making.
- Develop agentic systems capable of reasoning, planning, and executing business workflows autonomously.
- Apply prompt engineering and fine-tuning strategies for enterprise AI models within Salesforce.
Collaboration & Leadership
- Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and ensure alignment with development standards.
- Document technical processes, workflows, and system designs for team reference and continuity.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, Visualforce, LWC).
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II (highly preferred).
- Strong grasp of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and security principles.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using MuleSoft, ETL, or similar tools.
- Proficiency in SQL, SOQL, and general database management.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience using Salesforce DevOps tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset).
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum development methodologies.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React or Angular).
- Experience with Salesforce Einstein Analytics or Tableau CRM.
- Proficiency in Python or similar languages for AI/ML development.
- Understanding of multi-agent systems and orchestration platforms.
- Experience in prompt engineering, RAG, and fine-tuning large language models (LLMs).
