Weekend availability for scheduled network migration support is required.
We are hiring a Network & Physical Security Systems Support Engineer to support network change windows, physical security systems, and day-to-day IT operations.
Requirements:
- Experience with network change validation and troubleshooting
- SD-Access (SDA) or similar SDN knowledge
- Genetec Security Center or Lenel OnGuard experience
- IP camera infrastructure (AXIS or similar)
- IT support, provisioning, imaging, and asset management
- Strong documentation skills
- Ability to work weekend change windows
Preferred:
- Genetec/Lenel, CCNA/CCNP, or AXIS certifications
- PowerShell or Python
- ServiceNow experience
- Financial services or healthcare background
