Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support daily call center operations and help reduce call abandonment rates. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, manage prescription redo requests, respond to texts, and multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound phone calls and respond to incoming text messages
- Handle new and old prescription (RX) redo requests
- Perform light data entry and administrative tasks
- Resolve customer concerns using available tools and resources
- Provide professional, courteous, and solution-focused communication
- Collaborate with team members and field/store partners
- Ensure productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction standards are met
- Create win-win resolutions for customer issues
Required Skills (Top 3–5 Mandatory):
- Strong phone handling skills
- Ability to manage new and old RX redo requests
- Ability to respond to all incoming texts
- Strong multitasking skills
- Basic data entry skills
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)
- Strong English comprehension and grammar
- Customer service orientation
