Job Title: Customer Service Administrator / Parts Coordinator
Location: 22749 Citation Rd, Frankfort, IL 60423 (100% Onsite)
Pay arte: $19.60/hr
Duration: Minimum 3 months with possible extensions
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)
Job Overview:
Seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to manage parts inventory and provide administrative and customer support. This role involves coordinating service calls, processing parts orders, and supporting technicians and customers in a fast-paced service environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule service calls and installations
Perform service ticket data entry and updates
Manage parts inventory, purchase and sales orders
Pick and track parts for service jobs
Maintain accurate service records
Support customers, technicians, and internal staff
Conduct inventory counts and analyze parts sales
Assist in improving parts department sales and efficiency
Qualifications:
1–3 years of administrative or office experience
Experience in parts or inventory management a plus (e.g., auto parts)
Strong computer skills and data entry accuracy
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
