Pay rate: $18.78/hr on W2
Location: Germantown, WI (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | 40 Hours
JOB SUMMARY
Satisloh North America is seeking an Export Compliance Specialist to ensure all international shipments comply with global trade regulations and company policies. This role supports export operations by managing documentation, monitoring compliance requirements, and ensuring accurate and lawful shipment processing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and manage international shipping documentation
- Enter export declarations into the ACE portal
- Authorize release of export orders to warehouse operations
- Ensure compliance with global trade laws, sanctions, and regulations
- Maintain accurate export records and documentation
- Communicate with internal teams, freight forwarders, and government agencies
- Monitor regulatory changes and update compliance procedures
- Support audits, training, and compliance-related projects
REQUIREMENTS
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Prior shipping or logistics experience preferred
- Basic understanding of Incoterms
PREFERRED
- SAP ERP experience is a plus
