Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: 6981 Southern Blvd., Youngstown, OH 44512 (100% Onsite)
Pay Rate: $17.00/hr on W2
Duration: 4 months (extendable) – Full-time contract with potential for permanent hire
Role Summary:
Provide high-quality multi-channel customer support (calls, email, chat, social media, US mail) and resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers telephonically and online
- Resolve issues using department tools and escalate when necessary
- Maintain professionalism, productivity, and quality
- Work effectively in a team environment
Requirements:
- Good communication and basic phone/data entry skills
- High school or equivalent preferred (on-the-job training provided)
- Optical experience a plus
Expectations:
- Handle high call, email, and text volume (approx. 40–60 incoming calls/day, 10–20 outgoing calls/day, 1–5 emails/day, 20–30 texts/day)
