The Physician Recruiter plays a critical role in the growth of Real Radiology by driving the sourcing, engagement, evaluation, and hiring of high-quality radiologist candidates. This position owns key aspects of the physician recruiting lifecycle, from pipeline generation through early screening, candidate relationship management, interview coordination, and onboarding partnership. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and skilled at building credibility with physician candidates and internal stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Job Functions
Support the development and execution of strategic physician recruitment plans aligned with organizational hiring goals
• Source and engage qualified radiologist candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, conferences, networking, and other targeted outreach efforts
• Conduct initial candidate outreach, screening, and interviews to assess qualifications, interest, and overall fit for Real Radiology
• Build, maintain, and regularly update a database and pipeline of prospective physician candidates
• Partner with senior leadership and other internal stakeholders to align recruiting activity with hiring priorities and workforce needs
• Develop creative and effective recruitment advertising, outreach campaigns, and sourcing strategies to improve candidate flow and engagement
• Maintain timely, professional, and high-quality communication with physician candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Coordinate interviews, follow-up activities, and next steps between candidates and internal stakeholders
• Partner with Physician Engagement, Physician Services, Information Technology, Human Resources, and other teams to support a smooth physician onboarding experience
• Research, identify, and attend radiology conferences, residency events, career fairs, and other physician recruitment opportunities as needed
• Maintain accurate records of recruiting activity, candidate status, and pipeline progress within relevant systems and databases
• Support additional recruiting initiatives, special projects, and other related responsibilities as assigned

Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• Three or more years of recruiting experience preferred
• Experience in physician recruiting, healthcare recruiting, radiology, teleradiology, or a related healthcare environment preferred
• Experience building candidate pipelines and managing multiple open searches simultaneously preferred
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, CRM tools, and other recruiting technologies preferred
