The Assistant PM/Leasing Agent is responsible for direct interaction with prospective residents. The role touches the leasing process from introduction through approval.

Requirements

• Licensed Agent
• Must be willing to work evenings & weekends!
• Some experience in sales/marketing or a service-related industry
• Computer proficiency—Microsoft Office & Google
• Local area knowledge
• Managing referrals across departments

The Leasing Agent is highly organized with strong time management skills and an understanding of prioritization. Naturally driven to provide excellent customer service and to instill trust, the Leasing Agent is a natural communicator with good negotiation skills, the ability to work independently, and a professional demeanor.

ROLES

• Showing vacant units
• Assisting PM's with tasks such as photos, notices, delinquent rent, keys, lockboxes, tenant communication etc...
  
  

Each leased unit results in a $50 commission. Typically are leasing agents lease 4-8 units per month, depending on the season and their availability. This is a great way to get your feet wet in the property management industry. You will learn the industry from the ground up in this role.

Compensation: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month
