Real Property Management Gold is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented In-Field Property Manager to join our growing Southern Maryland team.

If you like being on the move, solving problems, working independently, and having something different to do every day, this may be a great fit.

This is not a traditional office job. You will spend the majority of your time in the field serving as the eyes and ears of our property management operation—inspecting homes, coordinating with residents and vendors, handling move-ins and move-outs, checking completed work, and making sure our properties meet company standards.

Property management or real estate experience is NOT required.

Territory

Your primary territory will be Charles and Prince Georges counties and as needed in St. Mary's and Calvert counties:

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, generally 8:30 AM–5:00 PM.

Occasional evening or weekend availability may be required depending on property emergencies and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Attend the daily morning team call/check-in
• Receive and manage assigned inspections and field tasks
• Coordinate inspection appointments with residents
• Conduct occupied property inspections using company procedures and inspection software
• Conduct move-in and move-out inspections
• Take detailed photographs and document property conditions
• Complete all administrative follow-up associated with inspections, move-ins, and move-outs
• Create work orders based on inspection findings
• Communicate inspection findings to property owners by phone and email
• Follow up to ensure necessary repairs are completed
• Inspect completed repairs when needed
• Perform property and vacant-home checks
• Coordinate with residents, owners, vendors, and office staff
• Move lockboxes and signs when necessary
• Deposit company checks at the bank when assigned
• Assist with court filings and attend landlord-tenant court proceedings as required
• Complete court documentation and provide records to management
• Respond to field emergencies as needed
• Perform other field-related property management duties as assigned

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Reliable transportation
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to independently manage multiple appointments and priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Excellent customer-service skills
• Comfortable working independently throughout Southern Maryland
• Comfortable using mobile apps, taking photographs, entering reports, and completing administrative follow-up
• Flexible when unexpected field situations arise
• Employment contingent upon successful completion of background and driving-record reviews

Property inspection, maintenance, real estate, or property-management experience is helpful but not required.

Compensation

Base Salary: $1,100/week ($57,200/year)

Expected Total Compensation: $60,000–$90,000/year based on production and performance.

Production bonuses include:

• $75 per completed move-out
• $50 per completed move-in
• $40 per completed occupied-property inspection

Bonuses are paid after the inspection or move process is fully completed, including required documentation, owner communication, work orders, and follow-up.

Additional performance bonuses may be available based on company goals and individual metrics.

This is a W-2 employee position.
