We are a property management company seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. Responsibilities:Complete apartment turnovers including painting, repairs, cleaning, and minor upgradesPerform routine maintenance, including minor plumbing, electrical, and HVAC tasksRespond to resident work orders and emergency maintenance calls promptlyConduct preventative maintenance on building systems and equipmentMaintain cleanliness and safety of common areas and groundsCommunicate effectively with residents and staff to ensure high satisfactionOccasionally coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairsParticipate in an After-Hours emergency call rotationSnow removal is required.Communicate with Property Manager and Regional Managers Requirements:1 years of hands-on maintenance experience in residential or multifamily housingSkilled in basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairAbility to work independently, manage priorities, and complete tasks on timeStrong communication and customer service skillsValid driver’s license and reliable transportationHVAC/EPA certification is a plus but not requiredMust be able to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed What We Offer:Competitive hourly pay (DOE)Paid time off and holidaysOn-call pay and opportunities for overtimeSupportive team environment with growth potential
