Position Summary
Real Life Christian Church is seeking a passionate Student Life Coordinator to join our Clermont campus team.
This part-time role reports directly to the Student Life Director. The Coordinator will coordinate and assist the weekly Student Life ministries at Clermont, including leading the student leadership team, working in partnership with the Student Life Director and Co-Director to carry out the ministry vision, and cultivating a thriving environment for Student Life.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Student Life Director and Co-Director.
- Develop a Student Leadership Team.
- Disciple student leaders.
- Support Preteen, Middle School, and High School programs.
- Assist in building relationships with students, families, and local schools.
- Support the Clermont Campus every Sunday and during major events.
- Support outreach events involving students and develop outreach and serving opportunities for Student Life.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Work Experience: 0–1 years of related ministry or leadership experience.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills; effective written and verbal communication; awareness of digital content; ability to speak and lead confidently; capable of organizational leadership.
