Position Summary
The Academy Finance Coordinator supports the daily financial operations of Real Life Christian Academy. This includes tuition management, scholarships, accounts receivable, and general accounting tasks. As the main contact for families, this role helps parents understand tuition policies, scholarship opportunities, and payment plans—with clarity, compassion, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all tuition billing, payment processing, and accounts receivable to ensure accuracy and timely collection.
- Support the accounts payable process to maintain accuracy and workflow during staff absences.
- Serve as the main contact for families with financial questions, providing clear and caring guidance.
- Keep accurate financial records in line with Academy and Church policies.
- Deliver exceptional service by balancing care, confidentiality, and precision in every interaction.
Minimum Qualifications
- A committed follower of Jesus Christ who models a Christ-centered life personally and professionally.
- High school diploma required; some college coursework or certification preferred.
- 3–5 years of office experience showing reliability, organization, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with FACTS, QuickBooks Online, Step-Up for Students, or Shopify preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with high attention to detail and confidentiality.
