Position Overview:

As an HVAC Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and providing exceptional service to our customers. Your goal will be to drive sales of our HVAC products and services by identifying customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, and closing deals. If you have a knack for sales, a strong understanding of HVAC systems, and a passion for helping customers, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Identify and prospect new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct on-site evaluations to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate HVAC solutions.
• Prepare and present detailed proposals and quotes to potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and follow up to ensure complete satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in HVAC sales or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, products, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
