Role Description This part-time, on-site Customer Service and Administrative Support role is based at the Real Holistic Doc clinic in Springfield, MO. The role invovles:
• Answering phones and responding to emails
• Assisting customers with questions and orders
• Managing Shopify orders and basic website updates
• Creating and sending invoices
• Providing general administrative support
• Assisting with social media posts, promotions, and customer follow-up
• Helping daily operations run smoothlyservices.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and empathetically with patients and colleagues.
- Proficient administrative and organizational skills, including appointment scheduling, data entry, and basic record-keeping.
- Comfort with office technology and software, such as practice management systems, email, calendar tools, and basic Microsoft Office or similar applications.
