We are looking for a Part-Time Real Estate Administrative Assistant to help support our fast-paced growing real estate business to support a busy real estate team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on organization, loves checking things off a list, and enjoys keeping multiple moving parts running smoothly behind the scenes.
We’re looking for someone who is:
Organized & detail oriented
Great with communication and follow-up
Comfortable handling contracts, deadlines & paperwork
Tech savvy and able to work independently
Real estate experience is necessary!!!!!
Responsibilities may include: Transaction coordination CRM management & follow-up Listing/admin support File organization & compliance Communication with clients, lenders, title companies & agents
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage contracts, addendums, and transaction paperwork
- Track deadlines, contingencies, and key contract dates
- Coordinate with lenders, title companies, inspectors, and agents
- Upload and organize files in CRM and transaction platforms
- Assist with listing setup (MLS data entry, disclosures, timelines)
- Maintain client communication logs and follow-
