Concierge (relief)

Luxury residential property management company is looking to fill a relief Concierge position, located in Downtown Manhattan. The ideal candidate is someone who has prior residential building experience, has a professional demeanor, and can provide exceptional hospitality service to residents and guests. Prior experience utilizing BuildingLink is a plus. Must be available to work Sunday & Monday, 11PM-7:30AM and Wednesday through Friday 3PM-11:30PM.Job specific duties include but are not limited to:Interaction with residents and guests and provide superior customer service.Provides general information regarding the area and directions.Professionally answer calls, take messagesDevelops and maintains service relationships to fulfill the needs of residents and guests.Receives all mail and packages and ensures proper distributionLiaise with building management and maintenance staff to respond to emergenciesStays alert and undistracted to provide full attention to entrances, exits, and security systemsMaintains orderliness of the front deskMonitors scheduled move-in/move-out processesBasic Responsibilities:Comply with company policies, practices and procedures.Represent company as a professional in appearance and manner.Communicate written and oral communication at the highest level of professionalism and integrity.Perform quality and quantity duties as expected for position.Complete company required training courses as assigned.Basic Requirements:High School diploma or GEDAble to read and observe surroundings.Able to physically perform duties at the speed, mobility and force necessary.Execute tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.Perform responsibilities with honesty and integrity.Possess ability to adapt to changing environment.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
