We're looking for an outgoing, energetic, Spanish-speaking Leasing Agent to join a fantastic apartment community in Denver!

This is a fun, interactive position where you'll be meeting new people, touring apartments, connecting with residents, and staying active throughout your day.

Leasing Agent responsibilities:

• Welcome prospective residents and give engaging apartment tours.
• Show off apartment homes and community amenities.
• Build relationships with residents and future renters.
• Assist with leasing applications, renewals, and resident needs.
• Work alongside a great team to keep the community thriving!

Requirements:

• Must speak English and Spanish.
• Apartment leasing experience preferred.
• Outgoing, friendly, and enjoys interacting with people.
• Energetic, dependable, and a natural team player.
• Organized, computer savvy, and eager to learn.
