Bilingual Leasing Agent – Spanish/English
We are seeking a friendly, outgoing, and motivated Bilingual Leasing Agent to join a residential apartment community. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, providing excellent customer service, and helping prospective residents find their new home.
Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
Bilingual Leasing Agent Responsibilities
- Greet prospective residents and provide community and apartment tours
- Respond to phone, email, online, and walk-in leasing inquiries
- Communicate effectively with residents and prospects in both Spanish and English
- Follow up with prospective residents and help guide them through the leasing process
- Explain rental rates, availability, community features, and leasing requirements
- Process applications and prepare leasing paperwork
- Assist with lease renewals and resident communications
- Maintain accurate prospect and leasing records
- Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents
- Assist with general office and administrative responsibilities
- Help maintain a professional and welcoming leasing office
Bilingual Leasing Agent Qualifications
- Bilingual Spanish/English required
- Previous apartment leasing experience preferred
- Experience in sales, hospitality, hotels, customer service, or property management may also be considered
- Friendly, professional, and comfortable working with a variety of people
- Strong sales, communication, and follow-up skills
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using computers and property management/leasing software
- Ability to work independently while also contributing to the property team
