What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily LIHTC/HUD property operations
- Manage recerts, interims & compliance documentation
- Prepare for MORs, REAC inspections & file audits
- Lead onsite team communication & workflow
- Support resident relations and maintain occupancy goals
What You Bring
- Experience in LIHTC and/or HUD housing
- Strong compliance and Fair Housing knowledge
- Ability to lead onsite teams with clarity and consistency
- Experience with Yardi, RealPage, OneSite, etc.
