Compensation
- Base Salary: $60,000 – $80,000 (based on experience) Commission
Commission Structure (Per Deal)
- Based on experience
Performance Bonuses
- $2,500 bonus for closing 2 deals in a month
- $5,000 bonus for closing 3 deals in a month
- $10,000 bonus for 5 deals in a quarter
- On-Target Earnings: $150,000 – $300,000 annually (uncapped)

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Acquisitions Agent who can source and close off-market deals. You should already have your own lead generation strategies, while also working company-provided leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Source off-market deals (cold calling, probate leads, networking, referrals, etc.)
- Work company-provided leads and convert them into signed contracts
- Call and negotiate directly with property owners
- Build rapport and follow up consistently
- Meet sellers and attend property walkthroughs
- Analyze deals and present to the team
- Maintain pipeline activity and CRM updates
Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate acquisitions or wholesaling
- Experience sourcing off-market, distressed, or probate deals
- Strong cold calling and negotiation skills
- Ability to speak directly with property owners and close deals
- Comfortable meeting sellers in person
- Self-motivated and performance-driven
- NYC market knowledge is a plus
