What are the responsibilities and job description for the Vice President Operations position at Real Estate Executive Search, Inc.?
We are looking to hire a Vice President of Operations for a luxury home and townhome builder in the Southwest Orlando area. The company builds resort townhome and single-family, new-construction home communities.
This position will oversee all construction and warranty operations for the company. The role will report to the company CEO and will supervise 3 Construction Managers, 1 Warranty Coordinator and one Administrative Assistant.
To be qualified, you must have at least 10 years of homebuilding experience and are or have been working at the Sr. Construction Manager or above level with a quality home builder. Ideally candidates will have corporate office experience with a medium to large, luxury homebuilder and be located in the greater Orlando area.
Compensation is open based on experience. When we find the right hire, we will be able to make a compelling offer to include base salary, bonus and benefits.
