What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Associate position at Real Estate Executive Search, Inc.?
We are looking to hire a Sales Associate/Leasing Agent for a luxury, 200-unit, Class A apartment community in Naples, FL. The position will greet prospective tenants, show apartments, follow up and lease apartments.
To be qualified you should have at least 1 to 3 years of sales and customer service experience. You should be polished, professional with strong written and verbal communication skills.
This position will pay a base salary in the $19 to $22/hour range and there is commission of $150 per apartment unit leased. Total compensation should be between $50,000 and $60,000 per year depending on number of units rented.
Salary : $40,000 - $45,000
