Responsibilities
Shipping Labor - $21.58 starting pay

- What you’ll start out doing?
- Learn our safety and quality procedures.
- Build a variety of skills related to processing and melting aluminum scrap, then transferring molten aluminum into molds.
- What to expect:
- This is a heavy industry environment with high safety and quality standards.
- Day shift: Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
MONTHLY INCENTIVE BONUS: earn up to $500.00

Our Real Alloy facility in Chicago Heights is looking for an experienced Shipping Laborer to join our team! If you’re seeking a hands-on role in an industrial environment with opportunities for growth and wage advancement, this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Do:
Load and unload finished goods (sows, shot, cone) from trucks and vans
Move materials, equipment, and products throughout the facility
Support daily shipping operations with basic computer and system use
Assist with inventory tracking and related tasks
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting preferred
Experience operating Forklifts and Heavy Machinery
Ability to safely handle materials and work in a fast-paced environment
