- Diagnose and resolve equipment issues methodically.
- Install, repair, inspect, test, calibrate, adjust, maintain, modify, construct, clean, and service plant systems.
- Work on electrical/electronic/pneumatic recording and control systems.
- Plan work using blueprints, drawings, diagrams, manuals, and codes.
- Lay out, assemble, and wire components for new installs, replacements, and repairs.
- Execute and document temperature and combustion surveys.
- Erect/remove ladders and scaffolding; operate required material handling equipment/vehicles.
- Complete maintenance work orders, calibration logs, and calculation records accurately.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures.
- Comfort working at height on elevated platforms or scaffolding.
- Operate mobile equipment; proficient with hand and power tools.
- Use diagnostic instruments and interpret results.
- Read and apply technical drawings/blueprints.
- Consistent attendance and dependability; strong work ethic and safety mindset.
- Positive, teachable, and proactive—able to learn and apply new concepts quickly.
- Collaborative yet self-directed; minimal supervision required.
- Clear, respectful written and verbal communication.
- Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or foundry.
- PLC experience is a plus.
