Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales and Administrative Assistant located in Chattanooga, TN. The role involves providing administrative support to the sales team and executives, managing clerical tasks, assisting the sales team with client details, campaign execution and reporting, while maintaining organized records and schedules. Daily responsibilities may include data entry, scheduling appointments, assisting with reports and presentations, and ensuring smooth communication within the team and with clients.
Qualifications
- Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills for managing tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and file organization
- Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette to interact professionally with team members and clients
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance for supporting leadership roles and handling confidential matters
- Ability to work efficiently in a structured, on-site office environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office management tools
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in advertising or a related field is a plus
