OUTDOOR ADVERTISING (OOH) - REAL ESTATE REPRESENTATIVE
Reagan Outdoor Advertising – Indianapolis, the 5th largest OOH company in the US, is expanding and seeking a real estate specialist. Are you a team player with experience in outdoor real estate? We manage the company’s billboard portfolio by acquiring, negotiating, and renewing land leases for billboard locations. This role involves scouting new sites, managing zoning issues, securing permits, and negotiating lease rent reductions, requiring strong communication and negotiation skills.
This is a high-stakes, “boots-on-the-ground” role that rewards someone who can balance complex contract negotiations with old-school persuasion, managing a massive footprint across Indiana, not just local Indy spots.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lease Renewals: Manage the renewal process for existing leases to ensure longevity and portfolio stability.
- Site Acquisition & Negotiation: Identify new billboard locations and negotiate long-term leases with property owners.
- Permitting & Zoning: Navigate local government regulations, zoning ordinances, seeking variances, special exceptions and permitting for new construction or maintenance.
- Relationship Management: Maintain positive relationships with landowners and address issues related to rent or site access.
- Administration: Process any changes with landowners including rents, work orders and capital expenditures in our company database and lease files.
- Asset Management: Ensure site access is maintained and billboards retain clear visibility to the traveling public via INDOT Vegetation Permits, Indianapolis Flora Permits and private vegetation agreements. Reviewing tax matters related to company owned property and personal property.

- Problem-Solver: Able to navigate zoning and legal issues.
- Knowledge: Understanding of commercial real estate principles, zoning, land usage and the Indianapolis market.
Required Qualifications
· College degree
· Commercial lease negotiation experience (2 years)
· Valid drivers license with clean record
· Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
· Commercial real estate experience
· 3-5 years experience in outdoor advertising real estate
· Knowledge on conducting title searches
This position includes a competitive base commission with six-figure potential. Reagan provides a full benefits package including insurance and 401K matching. This position is based in Indianapolis, IN and covers inventory throughout Indiana. This is an in-office position with local and statewide travel and reports to the Real Estate Manager – Indiana. All new hires are required to successfully complete a background check and drug screen.
