ReadySet Design is a boutique product design and development studio focused on B2B SaaS. We partner with founders and product teams from seed to Series B — helping them ship better products through design sprints, retainer partnerships, and MVP builds. We're small by design. Senior by default. And we build fast using the best tools available.
The Opportunity
We're looking for a freelance front-end developer who's fluent in AI-assisted development workflows. Not someone who's dabbling with Copilot — someone who's made Claude Code, Cursor, or v0 a core part of how they ship. If you can take a Figma file and turn it into a production-ready front-end in a fraction of the time it used to take, we want to talk.
We work on a small number of high-impact projects at a time. The right person for this role moves fast, communicates clearly, and knows when to use AI and when to use their own judgment.
What You'll Work On
- Front-end development for B2B SaaS MVPs and product sprints
- Translating Figma designs into clean, production-ready code
- Framer builds for marketing sites and landing pages
- Rapid prototyping for founder demos and investor presentations
What We're Looking For
- 2 years of front-end development experience
- Deep familiarity with AI coding tools — Claude Code, Cursor, v0, or equivalent
- Strong React and Tailwind skills
- An eye for design detail — you notice when something is 2px off
- Ability to work from Figma files with minimal hand-holding
- Someone who ships first and refines second

- Developers who haven't integrated AI tools into their workflow yet
- Full-stack engineers looking for backend-heavy work
- Anyone who needs a detailed technical spec to get started
