What You'll Do:

• Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Ensure every customer has a positive and memorable experience, from initial greeting to final purchase and beyond.
• Engage and Connect: Greet every customer with a warm and friendly attitude, building rapport and understanding their individual needs and preferences.
• Consultative Selling: Ask insightful questions to uncover customer requirements and recommend tailored solutions that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
• Drive Sales: Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively presenting the value of our products and services.
• Become a Product Expert: Develop a deep understanding of the latest mobile phones, wireless plans, accessories, and services we offer.
• Stay Up-to-Date: Continuously learn about new products, technologies, and industry trends.
• Maintain Store Appearance: Contribute to a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
• Proactive Marketing: You have a strong desire to engage with potential customers outside of the store to generate leads and close deals (e.g., local events, social media, community outreach, etc.).

What You'll Bring:

• Outgoing and Social Personality: Comfortable and confident interacting with a diverse range of people. Cold calling, networking, prospecting, and speaking to new people are exciting challenges to you.

• Sales Driven Attitude: A natural aptitude for sales and a drive to achieve results. Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required. Must be comfortable in a quota based environment.

• Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable using point-of-sale systems and other technology.
