What You'll Do:
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Ensure every customer has a positive and memorable experience, from initial greeting to final purchase and beyond.
- Engage and Connect: Greet every customer with a warm and friendly attitude, building rapport and understanding their individual needs and preferences.
- Consultative Selling: Ask insightful questions to uncover customer requirements and recommend tailored solutions that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
- Drive Sales: Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively presenting the value of our products and services.
- Become a Product Expert: Develop a deep understanding of the latest mobile phones, wireless plans, accessories, and services we offer.
- Stay Up-to-Date: Continuously learn about new products, technologies, and industry trends.
- Maintain Store Appearance: Contribute to a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Proactive Marketing: You have a strong desire to engage with potential customers outside of the store to generate leads and close deals (e.g., local events, social media, community outreach, etc.).
