Job Description
We are looking for a new Team member to help our family business grow. We are looking for a reliable Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate who will start part-time but has the opportunity to grow into a Operations Lead role as the company continues to expand.
This position is ideal for someone who takes initiative, is dependable, organized, and interested in growing with a small but rapidly expanding company.
Ready Vista is a fast-growing restaurant supply distribution company serving restaurants throughout San Diego County. We specialize in takeout packaging, containers, and restaurant supplies.
Responsibilities
Delivery & Logistics
- Deliver restaurant supply orders to customers across San Diego
- Ensure deliveries are accurate and on time
- Maintain delivery logs and route efficiency
- Pick up products from suppliers
Warehouse Operations
- Receive and organize inventory shipments
- Prepare orders for delivery
- Assist with inventory counts and stock organization
Customer Support
- Communicate with customers during deliveries
- Answer Customer Calls or text
- Provide excellent customer service
Operations Support
- Help maintain a clean and organized warehouse
- Assist with operational improvements as the company grows
- Order inventory
Schedule
Part time to then full time
Pay
$17 – $20 per hour depending on experience
Growth opportunity to Warehouse Manager / Operations Lead position
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License
- Clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using a smartphone for communication and navigation
Preferred (Not Required)
- Delivery driving experience
- Warehouse experience
- Inventory management experience
- Bi-lingual
