Preschool Soccer Coach

Duties

• deliver age-appropriate soccer drills, games, and activities that emphasize skill development and teamwork
• Create a safe, inclusive, and motivating environment for children to learn and play
• Manage behavior effectively using positive reinforcement and behavior management techniques
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed diligently during activities, including first aid readiness when necessary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older
• Prior experience in sports coaching or teaching children, especially in soccer or related physical activities is a plus but not required
• Knowledge of child development principles and effective behavior management strategies
• Ability to engage children with enthusiasm while maintaining discipline and safety standards
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with parents, directors, team members, and children effectively
