Help Young Players Fall in Love with the Game
Arkansas Rising Soccer Club is looking for energetic, dependable, and positive coaches to lead our Rising Stars program for players ages 2.5–4 years old. This is a fun, high-energy introduction to soccer where the goal is simple: create smiles, build confidence, and help young children develop a love for the game.
No previous coaching experience is required. We provide the curriculum, training, and support. If you enjoy working with young children and want to make a positive impact in your community, we'd love to have you on our team.
Program Schedule
- 6-week season
- One 45-minute session each week
- Sessions run from 5:30 PM – 6:15 PM

- Tuesday: Murray Park
- Wednesday: Natural Steps
- Friday: Maumelle
About the Program
Rising Stars is our introductory soccer program designed specifically for players under four years old.
There are no teams and no games at this age. Instead, coaches lead exciting, themed activities that help children develop:
- Basic ball familiarity
- Balance and coordination
- Movement skills
- Listening and following directions
- Confidence and social interaction
- A lifelong love of soccer
Parents participate alongside their child during every session, creating a fun and encouraging learning environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead a 45-minute session using Arkansas Rising's curriculum.
- Create a positive, energetic, and welcoming atmosphere.
- Encourage every child through praise and fun activities.
- Communicate with parents before and after sessions.
- Arrive early to set up equipment and stay after to clean up.
- Represent Arkansas Rising in a professional manner.

- Must pass a background check and complete SafeSport training before coaching
Pay
- $30 per session
